The Authority provides facilities management for Rowan College of South Jersey. As part of these services, The Authority is improving college facilities by replacing six roofs, making HVAC replacements and upgrades, creating a new Engineering Lab, and implementing a building access and security system.
More recently The Authority is managing the renovation of the Fine and Performing Arts Center, the development of nursing labs, and upgrades to IT infrastructure. Finally, the Rowan Medical Building is a new 30,000-square foot facility that will hold clinical services and classroom space.
These projects are underway at the cost of over $2.5 million and will increase the security and longevity of the existing buildings.
