Meeting notices of the Cumberland County Improvement Authority are provided in compliance with the Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975 c.231 (C.10:4-6 et. seq.). Due notice is given by written notice to the official newspapers of the Authority: The Daily Journal, The Press of Atlantic City, and the South Jersey Times, and by filing with the County Clerk’s Office. Board Meetings shall be held at 4PM on the date listed in the Board Room of the Cumberland County Improvement Authority, 745 Lebanon Road, Millville, New Jersey, unless otherwise noted.

Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, meetings of the Authority will be conducted both in person and telephonically.
