The Arts & Innovation Center in downtown Millville was completed in 2017 and has become a cornerstone of the Glasstown Arts Center. Costing $6.95 million, the center includes two art galleries, classrooms, the Clay College and community space. The building totals 21,000 sf and is a satellite campus of Rowan College of SJ. The project came to fruition through a collaboration of The Authority, the college, and the county and includes a complex financial structure and mix of resources.
