This former industrial office and transportation complex was purchased and renovated for various end users, including the Vineland Municipal Electric Utility and the State of NJ. The property was purchased for $6 million with Phase I renovations at the same cost. The total direct investment in this complex is just under $22 million. The Authority owns and operates the building along Park Avenue in Vineland.
