New Jersey Motor Vehicle Center

The Authority invested in the development of the NJ Motor Vehicle office located at 9 W. Park Ave in Vineland. The site was a deteriorated bank before it was purchased and converted to a new state-of-the art facility. The State leases the facility and has contracted with the Authority to manage the property.
