Food Specialization Center

The FSC is a new 32,000 sf facility located within Bridgeton’s food manufacturing hub in the Florida Ave. Industrial Park. It includes shared warehousing, processing, and cold storage space to accelerate the growth of young companies or those with expanding product lines. A grant from USEDA contributed to the projects development.  Several tenants are now occupying the recently constructed facility, including the first tenant, Chank’s Pizza Cones.
