Center for Workforce and Economic Development

The 30,000 sf CWED center was completed by The Authority in 2015 at a cost of $7.6 million. It is located on the campus of Rowan College of South Jersey and has enabled multiple county offices to be situated together on the campus of RCSJ and CCTEC. Workforce Development and Department of Labor programs operate out of this building in addition to Veteran’s Affairs. The total economic impact of the project is estimated at $12.4 million.
