500 Block Center City Redevelopment Project

New commercial and office space is being created through the acquisition of an existing, vacant building in downtown Millville and adjoining property. A sizeable addition to the existing building will be constructed as part of this redevelopment project. The Authority assembled the properties for the developer and is helping to create a Center City Redevelopment Plan to attract additional investment to Millville’s downtown which is also an Opportunity Zone. This investment will anchor the northern end of the Glasstown Arts District.
