275 Delsea Drive Professional Complex

The 116,000 sf office building was financed and developed by The Authority in partnership with the County and the NJ Treasury. The building consolidates the County and State social services at one location, reducing operating costs on an annual basis.  Several nonprofit organizations serving the local community lease space in the complex. The Authority is both the owner and operator of the building.
