Operational Changes at CCIA Solid Waste Complex Announced
Due to the recent increase in cases of C-19 in Cumberland County, the Cumberland County Improvement Authority Solid Waste Complex (CCIA SWC) will again move into precautionary modifications for its operations for trash disposal.
Effective immediately, all e-waste collection from municipalities will be suspended until further notice. Notification has been provided to the mayors and coordinators.
Effective immediately, Deerfield Township residents will be permitted Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday only to dispose at the CCIA SWC Convenience Center. This will continue until further notice for the residents with no additional changes at this time.
Effective December 14, 2020 the public will no longer be permitted access to dispose at the CCIA SWC. Business will be restricted to account holders only. As with the other changes, this will be in effect until further notice.
