Industrial Parks are located in each of Cumberland’s three cities. In addition, commercial and industrial land is available throughout the county. Available facilities and properties provide a wide range of commercial and industrial opportunities at very affordable prices, and at a fraction of the cost of similar property in other areas of the state and region.
