Linden Street

The Authority has worked closely with partners to redevelop ten vacant and abandoned properties on Linden Street in Salem City. Restrepo & Associates is developing the properties into six single-family homes, which will be available to low- and moderate-income households for purchase. The project will increase homeownership in the city and serve as an anchor for neighborhood revitalization.
