Fenwick Plaza

This project involves the acquisition and renovation of a historic plaza in downtown Salem. Office space on both sides of the plaza is being renovated, with construction on the second and third stories underway. The site will feature workforce-related tenants that help promote employment, youth services, and job training in the city. Plans currently include space on the first floor for a grocery store.
